I know you’re asking yourself why I’m talking about losing weight fast. Here’s the story: the other day I had a rare opportunity to climb a flight of stairs, and it did me in. By the time I got to the top, I was perspiring profusely, wheezing, my face was red, and I felt like I would die. I had to get myself into the bathroom, splashed some cool water on my cheeks, and gazed up into the mirror, and I realized something: I needed to lose weight. Fast.
In some ways, I feel like I’ve turned into my dad. He was a ferociously fat man, with a wonderful sense of humor and a devout, family focused outlook on life. But boy, he was large. And lately I’m getting huge as well. Now don’t get me wrong, I love my pops, but I sure would like to keep myself from getting to 250 pounds. Because once you reach a weight like that, there’s not really any way of going back.
So I’ve been trying to figure out how to lose weight fat. My wife is going to go on a diet with me, saying that she would also like to lose some weight, which should definitely make it easier to succeed on whichever diet plan we decide on. There’s an awful lot of thoughts on how to lose weight out there.
I’ll keep you guys apprised of how good the plan to lose weight is turning out for us. I understand losing weight will not be easy, but it’s now or never as far as I’m concerned, so I am going to really be trying hard to figure out how to lose weight fast.
