Wow, occasionally I feel like I’m “losing it” while trying to lose weight! Well, more specifically, when working to lose fat. In reality, both men and women want to stimulate their muscle mass while keeping body fat low. I mean, would you rather weigh two hundred pounds with 30% bodyfat, or weigh 200 lbs. with 10% bodyfat?
